This morning before class I was catching up on some TV I had missed over the past few weeks, one of them being “90210″ on the network The CW which is a remake of the original “90210″ from the 90′s. In the first few minutes of the episode, two of the main characters were talking about Marshall McLuhan which I found shocking. It is really interesting and fantastic that someone who we have discussed numerous times in CMC has been featured on such a main stream television show. Maybe now that more people are being exposed to these types of theorists younger generations will become more interested in the topics we discuss in our major. Here’s the clip:
